She supports end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations on ERP systems. She serves as a key contact for employee queries and engagement, while designing and implementing training initiatives across the organization. With a background in psychology, she brings a people-centric, analytical approach to HR practices. She also manages internal and external communications, including social media, strengthening PMIC’s engagement and brand presence.
