She contributes to the development and implementation of retail and portfolio management initiatives at PMIC by designing operational processes, SOPs, and system workflows to enhance efficiency and usability. In her role, she supports credit evaluations and portfolio monitoring through data-driven analysis, applying her cross-functional expertise to strengthen portfolio operations at Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company (PMIC).
