He has worked nationally and internationally in the legal field, in markets including Oil & Energy and Banking. His core competencies include Strategic Legal Counsel, Complex Negotiations, Legal Advisory, Management of the Board of Directors & Corporate Governance. His last role was with The First Micro Finance Bank Ltd. as Company Secretary & General Counsel. Yasir has an LL.B (Hons.) degree from the University of Wolverhampton, Holborn College (London). He is also certified to be an Independent Director having completed the Directors Training Program (DTP) from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and registered in the Independent Directors Databank with the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
