Her career spans over ten years in both commercial and microfinance banking setup. Her areas of key expertise are in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance to support business decision making. Her last role was as AVP Financial Risk at U Microfinance Bank where she served for five years and played a key role in using data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
