Assistant Manager Corporate Finance and Investment Banking
A. JOB SUMMARY
Assistant Manager Corporate Finance and Investment Banking will be assisting Head of Corporate Finance and Investment banking (CF&IB) in operational management of credit facilities from local and international Banks, Financial Institutions and manage day to day relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage routine engagements with partner commercial banks, financial intermediaries, multilateral agencies, international investors, MIVs & Int. impact funds etc. to meet company’s overall financing requirements.
- Prepare monthly stock reports, cushion reports and coordinate with banks for any other requirement for upgradation of charge on PMIC assets.
- Assist in coordination with banks during legal documentation of financing facilities. Keep a record of payables (markup and principle) to banks and facilitate timely payments.
- Assist in preparing necessary reports and presentations that shall contribute to the agenda for management risk committee, asset liability committee, board risk committee and BoD approvals.
- Assist in preparing product presentations, product program manuals, pitch books, information memorandum, financial models etc.
- Assist in performing financial and compliance due diligence of counterparties, preparing concept papers, facility approval and review notes, management reports.
- Support Head of Corporate Finance and Investment banking in arranging workshops, bank conferences, knowledge events and other initiatives undertaken by the Department.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/CIMA/preference for candidates pursuing CFA certification
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience of working in a financial Institution in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business Advisory or Product Structuring department
